Three Card Poker Advice

Casino Slot Machine
Some people may claim that playing 3-card poker at a land based casino is preferable than playing three card poker online. The benefit of the land based casino is the excitement and atmosphere that exists in the casino, this advantage however can sometimes be less than ideal. Playing poker requires a degree of concentration that may be made more difficult because of the noise of the casino. The atmosphere can also sometime prove to be distracting and uncomfortable. When playing from home you can set the place and pace that will make the game most comfortable and will ultimately give you the best chance to win when playing 3-card poker online. An obvious benefit of playing three card poker online, is the option of being able to play for fun, as well as the fun element this also allows you to practice your skills this is not an option in a land based casino.

Double Attack Blackjack - How to play

Double Attack Blackjack

When you see these, you got Blackjack 100%
This game is played mainly in the casinos of Atlantic City. The game is a variation of Blackjack and allows the player the opportunity of making an additional wager after seeing the dealer's up card.

There’s more to this game than meets the eye

Double Attack Blackjack is played using eight decks of playing cards without the 10 of each suit. To start the game, each player makes an initial Blackjack wager by placing chips in the area marked “Bet”. The dealer deals a card to himself/herself face up and then offers the players the opportunity of making an additional wager in the area marked ‘Double Attack’, up to the amount of the player's initial wager. Players may surrender on any number of cards including after hitting, splitting and doubling down. Players may double down on both bets on two or more cards. Players that split must equal the amount wagered on the initial and, if applicable, the Double Attack bet. All winning initial and Double Attack wagers are paid at odds of 1 to 1. Blackjack pays even money.

The Optional Bonus Wager

Optional bonus wagers are allowed but must be placed at the start of each game.
Do you know what to do if you get these cards?
Each player who has placed an initial wager may make an additional bonus wager that the dealer will ‘bust’ or exceed a point total of 21 with exactly three cards. Bonus wagers must be at least $1 and not more than the player's basic wager up to a maximum of $50. The dealer must settle all optional bonus wagers prior to any other wager being paid or collected. If the dealer's point total exceeds 21 with exactly three cards, the dealer pays each player who has placed a bonus wager based on the value of the dealer's third card in accordance with the following pay table.

Dealer's Third Card Value    Payout Odds

o    Six                      15 to 1
o    Seven                  10 to 1
o    Eight                8 to 1
o    Nine                 6 to 1
o    Ten                     3 to 1

Bust It! Bonus             Payout Odds

o    8-8-8 same color              50 to 1
o    8-8-8 suited                     200 to 1

Play

The classical Blackjack Casino Table
The general play and the card point values are the same as in standard blackjack. Also, as in standard blackjack, the player wins if his point total comes closer than the dealer to 21 without going over or ‘busting’. Dealers still win a push, and any player hand that totals over 21 still busts and automatically loses for the player.

Betting

Betting is normal blackjack betting. Then the dealer shows his or her up-card. At that point, you can make an additional bet up to the amount of the original bet. Once you get your cards, it plays like regular blackjack with the following exceptions:
o    You can double down (both wagers) at any point, on any total, with any number of cards, including after splitting. You also have "Double Down Rescue", surrendering after doubling.

o    If you do split, you have to match both wagers.

o    You can surrender at any point, with any total, with any number of cards, except if the dealer has a natural.

o    The player's natural always wins, but pays only even money.

Casino War - A Card Game

Introduction

Casino War offers better odds than Roulette
In gambling, one of the most important things to bear in mind, is that one is meant to be having fun. And what better way is there of having fun than playing a child’s game? That is exactly what Casino War is meant to be about. It is such an easy game to understand too, that even a child could master it! Casino War is a game based around the old time children’s favorite game of “War,” – the game that you indeed may have loved all those years ago as a child. And why on earth shouldn’t you continue your enjoyment of it today, but with greater excitement? Well, now, thanks to Casino War, that is exactly what you can do.

Rules of Casino War

Casino War uses a standard deck of 52 cards. There is one dealer and one player in Casino War. The cards have the same values as those in a poker game, except for the aces which are always high (not low). The only talent one needs in Casino War is to know how to count! If you remember playing War as a child, you might remember how it kept you amused for hours (and that was probably why your parents always encouraged you to play it). There is a dealer who gives out one card to each player (face up). He then takes a card himself (face up too). A player’s cards are compared to the dealers and the player who has a higher card, wins the bet. If the dealer is the one with the highest card, the player loses his or her bets. When a tie situation arises, a player can choose to either go to “war” with the dealer (in this case you would have to match your original bet), or surrender (forfeiting half the bet you first made). If you decide on the former option, the dealer removes the top 3 cards from the deck (the next 3 that would have been dealt) and then gives the player the fourth card. This process is then repeated, but with the dealer dealing himself one card. Should the player’s second card be higher than the dealer’s second card, the player wins their original bet. But if the dealer’s is higher, the player looses both their bets. In a tie situation on the second card, the player wins.

House Edge in Casino War

Card games are funner if you win.
Casino War is an exciting gambling game to play as it has a pretty large house edge, in comparison to a lot of other casino games. Also, in a “war” situation (with the player deciding to go to war), in the second hand, the dealer does not pay off the second wager that the player risks when going to “war.” In this way the house has an edge. When going to war, the house edge is 2.9% but 3.7% if the player decides not to go to war and instead forfeits half their original bet.

Conclusion

If as a player, you are looking for a fun and easy way to enjoy a bit of gambling fun, then Casino War should be a great choice for you. It is probably the simplest of all casino table games to understand since all a player has to know, is how to count! If you enjoy a bit of a gamble, without too much brain exercise, Casino War should be your choice.

Otherwise, you may want to consider casino blackjack or a variety of the other games available out there.
